     Gatlinburg is a charming little vacation spot in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountian National Park. The National Park provides numerous attractions and activities that will happily keep you occupied all day long.  The mounatins are filled with various streams for fishing and rafting. They also have many preserved old settlers' homes for you to visit at Cades Cove. Besides the mountains, Gatlinburg has plenty of artists that handcraft many different objects. The main strip is a great place to shop and it also has many rides and attractions for kids and adults alike. If you wish to add more fun to  your trip then, Dolly Parton's Dollywood and Splash Country are just ten minutes away from Gatlinburg. The Cherokee Indian Reservation in North Carolina is also close by; a 40 minute drive.There is a casino there where you could enjoy.
